Ingredients(serves 12)
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate
- 3 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Maida(all purpose flour)
- 1 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Melt the chocolate Melt butter + dark chocolate together until smooth and glossy.
Mix wet ingredients Add:sugar,brown sugar.Mix well. Then add eggs one by one + vanilla essence.
Add dry ingredients Sift in: flour,cocoa powder,salt.Fold gently. Don’t overmix.
Bake Pour into a greased square tray. Bake at:180°C,for 25–30 mins The center should stay slightly gooey for that fudgy texture
Once cooled: spread melted chocolate/ganache drizzle chocolate syrup add chocolate chunks sprinkle gold choco pearls Cut into thick squares
