Paneer Blaze Supreme Pizza
A cheesy homemade pizza loaded with spicy paneer, crunchy vegetables, and rich mozzarella cheese on a soft crust. The special homemade sauce adds a bold and delicious flavor to every bite.
Ingredients(serves 4)
- 250 g Maida(all purpose flour)
- 5 g Yeast
- 8 g Salt
- 150 ml Warm water
- 25 ml Oil
- 150 g Tomato puree
- 10 g Garlic
- 8 g Chilli flakes
- 5 g Oregano
- 100 g Panneer cubes
- 150 g Mozzarella cheese
- 60 g Onion
- 70 g Capsicum
Instructions
Shape the Pizza Base Punch down the risen dough gently. Roll it into a round pizza base of medium thickness. Place it on a greased pizza tray or pan.
Prepare the Pizza Dough In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes until frothy. Add maida, salt, and oil. Knead into a soft dough for about 8–10 minutes. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Make the Homemade Special Sauce Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic. Add tomato puree, chili flakes, oregano, and salt. Cook for 8–10 minutes until thick and flavorful. Allow the sauce to cool.
Prepare the Toppings Cut paneer into small cubes and lightly roast with a little chili powder and salt. Chop onions and capsicum into bite-sized pieces. Grate mozzarella cheese and keep ready.
Add the Sauce Spread a generous layer of homemade special sauce evenly over the base, leaving the edges slightly empty.
Add Cheese & Toppings Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese. Add roasted paneer cubes, onions, and capsicum evenly. Top with extra mozzarella for a cheesy finish.
Bake the Pizza Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake the pizza for 15–20 minutes until the crust turns golden and the cheese melts beautifully.
Final Touch Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes on top for extra flavor. Let the pizza cool for 1–2 minutes.
