Ingredients(serves 3)
- 500 g Chicken
- 1 whole Onion
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Coriander powder
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 piece Cinnamon stick
- 1 whole Cardamom

Chop the onion

Wash the chicken

Marinate the chicken overnight with salt, turmeric, pepper and ginger garlic paste

Add 2 tablespoons of oil

Add cinnamon sticks & cardomom

Add chopped onions

Add ginger garlic paste

Once onion is caramelised, add the marinated chicken

Stir fry the chicken and add pepper, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt

Close the pan. Wait for 7 minutes.

Check if the oil has separated. Else wait.

Garnish with coriander leaf and serve
