Ingredients(serves 2)
- 2 whole potato
- 5 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp Roasted chana dal
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- black pepper powder
- Salt
Instructions

Grind garlic and roasted chana dal as a coarse mixture

Cut the potatoes as medium sized cubes

Heat oil in a pan

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt

Add the cut potatoes once the masala is roasted

Slow cook until the potatoes look roasted

Add a pinch of pepper

Add the grinded garlic and roasted chana dal mixture

Cook for 2 minutes

Serve
